Falsely kicked

I was kicked for drawing 'hail', during a conversation about hitler between other two users.
My concern is that, I didn't use the word hitler, I wrote "hail" not "heil". I could've said anything after that like "hail <my friend's name>" But i straight up got kicked, like she/he was waiting to kick me.
In a previous conversation between me and neo(mod) they said "i will get you guys" in a threatening way.
 
You previously sent a German flag gif, then wrote that. I say not a false kick 👍 and I'm very aware they're different words but you definitely meant the other one.
(edit: I didn't mean different words, I meant different languages, but 1 is more linked to n@zism)

You're assuming, I was about to draw my friends name there, but I got kicked. You're totally in the wrong here trying to play it cool.

Hailing your friend while on the topic of hitler.. doesn't make it much better, so I'm leaving the kick as it is. Unless another moderator/admin has a better explanation for me as to why this would be an innocent misconception

Taking out ur personal problem with me through moderation ain't professionalism, I could hail my friend as a joke. Leave the kick as it is I do not care, but none of ur responses are satisfactory, and they can't be when your action is just a lame excuse.

How is this a personal problem 😭 We've never argued and I've only spoken to you a couple times, all of them usually being when you were in side rooms. I really don't care if my responses aren't satisfactory because I don't see how I made a mistake

Do you mean me jokingly saying I'll get you all, because yeah, I'm allowed to joke, and it's not like I've been kicking you all constantly. If you truly felt threatened then you should've screenshotted and sent it on forums way before now and complained about it then. And I still don't remember us ever arguing about anything

Threatening to kill someone's family or something drastic like that is kickable lol
Saying "I'm gonna get you all" with most likely the catdevil emoji or some sort of emoji, while talking about kicks too(and not murdering/hunting down) is a joke 😁
I'm not targeting anyone, if there's people in side rooms then I'm allowed to check what people are talking about..

You're making excuses to kick me like u used to when I was here before, I was clearly joking LIKE CLEARLY but you all kick over clear jokes too, its like u just have a problem or you're just eager to use ur power, I myself didn't mention hitler, if I did show me the proof, kicking just over one word is not justified u pile of ****. and this conversation is definitely not pointless it is entertaining me. Stay with me fam I will be back with a new drama I will get neo sued someday(hopefully) thanks for watching!
